I am seeking a freelance pixel/avatar artist who can create really cute pixel dolls and backgrounds for my website.  I would like to setup my website so kids and teens can select various backgrounds and add characters for chat rooms.

Example a beach scenic chat room background and they can add avatars while they chatting with their friends by using pixel Icons (avatars) to potrait themselves.
