It's a really nice sky, and I dig the saturation effect it has on the cityscape.
Your picture seems to have over 200 colours in the palette. Do you happen to know why that is? On a surface level it seems like you're more optimal about the colour usage in this art.
This is very beautiful and atmospheric, the textures and the reflections in the window are aces. I wonder if the irony of standing on a rooftop next to an iphone symbol is intentional. 
I'm a sucker for good environmental pixel art and this one definitely qualifies.

Very impressive for a first attempt. I love the different textures on the buildings and over all lighting. The sunset has a real vibrance about it.
