I'm glad you like it. I did aim for colors similar to those in Vice City. You're right saying that it seems a little empty, but I didn't feel like drawing more stuff or something like that.

Nice job you did here, especially on the shadows and buildings. Speaking of which, the buildings themselves has a "WarioWare" vibes, not as much as the wackiness, but the colorfulness. Though, it does feel a little empty without any folks or cars going by.
