well i think this is okay, but to me the wizard looks like something from south park, and when the thing thats head changes color turns green there is a stray green pixel above him
characters seem to be standing straight up in 1 line... also, id say you should imrpove the shading, its not just a gradient to fill up the space a bit (wizard) and you should really improve the sky...
