Great animation and sprite!
The shading on the pants should have less movement since it distracts the eye from the movement of the skirt.
Looks like the boots should remain static because the lighting on them doesn't change throughout the standing animation. The odd pixels moving about just makes it look like it's blinking.
Nice. Reminds me of the recent Castlevania games on DS.
