Remember the days when you had your hands on a Game & Watch or Tiger Electronics handheld? Perhaps you missed out on an old piece of portable gaming history? Then brace yourself for one of the greatest, if not the greatest site in history!

Pica Pic is a site dedicated to sharing its fair collection of those old LCD handhelds online, all very well emulated. The site is simple and well designed. Just scroll left or right to select one of the various handhelds displayed at the bottom of the page. Each handheld displays keyboard controls explaining how you control the game when mousing over the interface. When you're through with each game, you will be shown with a score that you can submit to see where you rank (neat!).

So what are you waiting for? Go ahead and relive the past now!

Please do not use semi-transparent pixels.

Optional Bonus Challenge: Can you do it without resorting to the reflection-in-water or reflection-in-mirror clichés?

Canvas Size - Max 175 x 175.
Colours - Max 20.
Transparency - Optional.
Animation - Optional.

The challenge thread will have all the challenge updates. The thread is also a great place to post your WIPs.

Show us a portrait of an original glasses-wearing humanoid character. Anything's ok, as long as they resemble a human in terms of general facial structure (but, of course, aren't human!). This means they should contain a similar layout and feature set of a human face. There are some good examples of humanoid portraits here.

Also, just so we're clear, consider 'original' to be something of your own design - so don't just draw C3PO or a Na'vi with glasses.

Canvas Size - Exactly 64 x 64.
Colours - Max 13.
Transparency - No.
Animation - Optional.
