I do not mind the higher colour count. If you have something to put them to, I say put those colours to work! I would normally say to use the full 128 in your palette, but there is not a pixel there that is not already perfect.
	NotSure @ 12/21/2007 14:35 commented on Merry Christmas... This is excellent work. The Santa is especially well animated. I would have given you full marks if it had not been a gif. I hope you know how animgif compresses animations. Such a large piece that has movement in (or close to) the bottom right loses a lot of the compression. If you chose a format that had delta compression instead, then it should have resulted in a smaller animation file.
