The original cover don't have any humanoid. The challenge was not about adding an animal to a cover, but to replace humans on it with aniamls. Goes to the gallery, but not to the challenge. Please read the challenge rules.

Hello, you have missed the canvas ratio requirement. "Ratio for horizontal 16:9 and for Vertical 9:16 (eg 32x18, 160x90, and so on)". It is a well pixelled piece, but unfortunately it doesn't follow the palette limitation of the challenge. You haven't used the suggested Minecraft 64 palette. I cannot let it in to the challenge, because it would be unfair to all the challengers who followed the rules. But it is perfectly fine for the PJ gallery. Please don't discourage in future challenges, because your piece is great. But pay attention to the rules, especially the last part about the limitations. And try as much as possible to post early, so mods can spot problems if any and give you a hint before the deadline.

It is beautiful, but one of the criteria was a vertical canvas. I can give you several hours of bonus time to edit it (I will accept even a 100x101px canvas if the 101 is height. If not I will have to remove it.

Another thing is that the preview image can be different from the actual pixel artwork, as long as it informs correctly about the piece itself (which is perfect in this case). It can be zoomed, cropped, flipped, edited, with added text, etc, but it still has to be pixel art. Currently it is blurred to the point of not having clear pixels - enlarged or not. Please contact us if you have any problems with understanding the rules. We ale always glad to help, and we really do want to have your first piece accepted in the gallery soon. Hello. Unfortunately we cannot accept this piece at this state, even if it looks great. It has 6910 individual colours. This is because of all the gradients under the dithering. If you could edit the piece and focus on dithering alone or mix it up with other pixel art techniques, than it could go in the gallery. If that's not something you would feel comfortable with, than we would have to remove it.

Hello. Both pixel art and animation are great. However I cannot accept it just yet. We only accept pieces in 1:1 scale (and use -/+ under each artwork for zooming). You can zoom for the preview to fit the 64x64 canvas to use as an avatar, but the main artwork shouldn't have any zoom before uploading.

Hello. I had to send your piece to revision only, because it was wrongfully marked as a Weekly Challenge piece. Other than that it is totally fine. There are two ways we can fix this. You an wait until the challenge is over and then address the revision and the piece will be accepted, or you can just delete it and reuplad it again but without clicking the WC box this time.

I appreciate your effort and I can see that you put a lot ow work in this digital painting, however I'm the one to tell you that it is not pixel art, and cannot be accepted in to the gallery. But this is not a lost cause, because with enough dedication it can be reworked to become a totally valid pixel art piece and your first accepted submission here.

Yes, that's the whole charm. You need to replace the file under "Your Artwork:". The preview image can be left as is. The only thing you need to remember is that if you edited your file, you also have to change the name of it before uploading (like adding 2). If you don't, the site will not recognise it is a new file, and will not replace the file at all.

Same problems here. Clean the palette (you really only need max 8 colours in this sprite), and get rid of the 2x zoom, and it will be accepted.

I'm not sure what CrissyPink888 is referring to, but what I see here is a good example of pixel art. There are only two tiny problems with it:

The palette limit is 24 in this challenge. Please fix this on monday, or we will have to remove it from the poll. You currently have 55 colours.

This is good but you have to delete the background. It is a sprite challenge and the background should be fully transparent. I will accept it, but please fix that as soon as possible, otherwise I will have to remove it from the challenge.

You are allowed to have the background on the preview.
