 18, tried to give 3 colors to each part of him.

 Thank you very much for the great feedback, as for the hair i based it on a sprite (normal size vegeta) a friend did and gave me to turn it into NGPC, i know there is alot of DBZ characters in this styles thats why i decided to draw it by myself instead of basing it of other existent sprites in NGPC style.

 Thanks, actually i think he looks too tall, in the RS series he is a bit shorter, i'll update that in a moment, and the number 8 instead of the pocket.

I've only used the cap of Terry Bogard for the character, but the rest of it is original (stand,arm,legs) but with the proportions of that game sprites : ]

Done, even tho i didnt complete as the image shows.

Looks fine, but i guess ven its too small you could add a bit mroe shading in a couple of weapons and they would look better.
