Another thing is the scale - it's big in terms of pixel art and soooo empty - so much space and so little detail. I mean - if u don't have an idea on how to fill this space then why are you trying to make it so big? You could easily make it smaller - it would be much easier to fill it and make it more interesting. Maybe even make it a scene with some sort of background...

There are many patterns to chose when it comes to dithering and i'm sure you'll learn which one fits here and which one there. This one here wasn't best choice BUT... i like the atmosphere :)

Looks like it was made with magic wand tool and moving selected areas here and there... the thing is - some pixels should not be moving and that's why it does not look good. You should zoom in and work more on this one.

Hmm... i like your pixel-style :) However, it looks so much better without black outline (i've checked it in Paint, lol) and would look great without the outline and *with* aa on edges (to blend it with background)...

As for the woman - her legs are ... well, probably really strong - maybe too strong, if u know what i mean ;) Put her on some diet from the waist down ;)

Rasti, you'll find the explanation in pixeljoint faq, but long story short - too much dithering (when you try to smooth something by making checkboard of two different colors to produce illusion of third one) makes it unclear. It's nicely explained in faq (you'll find it on forum) on rabbit example :)

I like the Pac Man idea on this one :)

However, two things: 1) you might try to change the color of antialiasing a bit to make it more effective in... antialiasing ;) Brightest blue is too dark to make it smooth in 1:1; 2) Pac Man, on the other hand, is too soft and his shadow is bigger than he is :) (i know it's physically possible with the light just above his head, but i don't think it's one of those situations)
