Looks good! I wonder if some definition for the bottom left of the face (right side of the image) would help? Currently it seems to just blend into the background, which I'm guessing is somewhat intentional? It seems to work better on the forehead because my brain fills in the gap, but not so much at the bottom of the face. Impresive for such a limited palette though.
