Please keep it scaled down, we can zoom in on our own. More importantly, the whole thing doesn't even fit either.

Defnitely the best one so far. Actually presentable, readable, and with technique. Palette could be refined, like all the others, but still.

Very true. Reference now in.

I'm not sure I see any stripe on the image at all...

If you were referring to the halo above his head, he's supposed to be dressed as an angel.

FreshSheet @ 11/2/2013 11:28 commented on tusi

Looks flat. Could do with shading on the skin and more on the dress

user
FreshSheet @ 11/2/2013 09:51 commented on Zombie Ogre

He looks a little stiff :(

Take out some of the brighter highlights, they aren't readable. Rework the colors so that instead of more colors to create shade use more contrast.

Try something a little smaller. There are quite a few jagged edges and on this scale all the anatomy problems really stick out. A piece of this size would take a bit of skill and time to polish correctly. Not horrible, but a little too zealous.

Stray pixel above the uppermost tentacle

Yea I learned quite a few good techniques from this; such as cheekbone structure, general chin structure, how to shade the ear parts, learning that the adams apple doesn't always need to be darkly shaded, and how to look at a face from a different perspective. I have trouble with anatomy and whenever I try to make my own designs they look so flawed I get frustrated and wanted a good model to use to build some foundation.

Was probably my reference. I guess sorry for being a beginner?

Looks like you just scaled down and traced over a picture.

user
FreshSheet @ 10/22/2013 20:32 commented on Wind Waker

If all the graphics look like this, wouldn't even call it a demake.

user
FreshSheet @ 10/22/2013 20:23 commented on Nito

Could use some palette refinement, touchup and AA. The color of the fire should be reflected as the same color on the bones. The other shades of red isn't necessary; in fact it isn't realistic.

Angle on the pointing stick and the hand isn't isometric.

user
FreshSheet @ 10/20/2013 03:36 commented on Art Piece "Champagne" by Mark Bern

Simply far, far too many colors for this to have completely been pixeled by hand.

user
FreshSheet @ 10/18/2013 14:59 commented on my room

The fact that it's not uniformly isometric or non-isometric is bothersome on perspective.

Transparency counts as a color.

You've got a few blank pixels that need deleting.

@ToSta Yes you are understanding it correctly. And don't worry about your English, native speakers can almost always tell if someone else isn't a native speaker and won't mind much :)

The implication is that the cat has fought the dogs and decapitated them and mounted their heads.

I believe the templatte had to stay the same through all the frames if this is for the challange.

Got some banding and there's parts of the scarf that don't move.

Tad too much AA for my taste. And why no shading on the glass? :(

The top looks great and the glass looks nasty flat.

Black counts as a color just like everything else, so does the white you used as background. Even if it was transparent it would count as a color.

The egg yolk doesn't seem to lose much mass if any, definitely not proportionate to how much is being used for the heart. Makes it look weird like it's coming from nowhere.

The recoil is coming from the gun I'm assuming, so don't you think it should move a bit..? Maybe just the whole arm with the gun slides back a couple pixels.
