I think you should have shaded beard of the left guy, it looks a bit flat now, not like hair. Otherwise, nice picture.

Good shading, i really like it, but don't you think that left part of headphones should be a bit smaller than the right? That's because ,as it appears to me, right part is closer to you than left.
