Check yourself on the AAing.
You are being sloppy.
The left cheek is crazy.
One single red AA pixel on the right.
Use more of that red.
Move BG right by enough pixels to clear that crazy looking stray bit.

...otherwise nice :)

If the thin line on her cheek is meant to be a cheekbone, it goes too low - it looks almost like a fold.
What are the rectangles on her cheeks meant to be? If they're intended as blushies, again - too low. Them being perfect rectangles instead of following the form of the face also flattens the image - that may be fine if that's what you're going for, but in that case, you should also simplify some of the other forms.

To match the shading around the eyes, I think the note and lips should have bigger cast shadows.

The eyes stick out too much, perhaps because they're in shadow but use the lightest colour in the image. You could use the lighter skin colour for AA and shading on the eyes, if you don't want to add a new colour.

I don't think the black line from her nose to her eyebrow is necessary, since you have the shadow there to show the form.

Unless she is alien, there is something strange with her "forehead"

Draw the neck and the shoulders. It may help you to set things right.
About the shapes of the nose and mouth what work for me almost all the time is : Less is more. Less details and more objectively set the pixels.
Heres a example of faces i do,maybe it can help you with a light.
