Maybe you can do something like this. It's probably too much but maybe you can use it to learn of how to make rocks. I did it in a hurry so it's not good as it could be.

No, it's not. AA is not a problem if every pixel is placed by hand. But the problem with your rock is that it looks more like a piece of clay rather than rock. Rocks are never in one, uniform color but from little to hard rough surface. Even if the rock is polished, it's surface is always a mix of more colors (conditioned by sediments, minerals,...). Only in cartoons style the colors are usually flat.
