Nice contrasting colors. The figure reminds me of piglet from Pooh.
First of all I suggest you check out the outline.
Apart from the feet that really don't hold that much structure
they are also not in line with the rest of the body.
Also the hand/arm can have more weight to it as it
is kind of a thick line at the moment.
You might consider bending the tip of the arm (just like a hand)
around the stick. And while you at it, please fix the tip so
that the stick is not showing through

It is best to do the line art of everything = also the head before
doing shading/coloring etc. Because everything relates to
eachother.
The shadow of the head will also effect the body etc...
