It looks very nice and clean!
But if you want suggestions from me:
You could try to highlight some lines, maybe thats better, maybe its not...
for the open hole, I would not use thick lines again, it looks weird, and for the largest hole I would change the shading a bit.. doesnt look very realistic now..
and some AA on the middle line :)
But it looks great! Really!

I hope you don't mind, but I made a little edit of two of the holes on your cheese wedge.

One thing I didn't like is that your air pockets didn't suggest spherical bubbles (which I'm assuming is the case in reality - I'm no cheesemaster). I tried to make them seem more spherical in my edit.

The other is the anti-aliasing that you currently have in place doesn't smooth out the lines very well.

But otherwise... lots of AA will help make it smooth.

And yes..
The holes are there from air bubbles. They form in the cheese when it is made..
anyways...

Any more comments until I move on to my small cheese icon thingies?
