So I've been working on a few texture (for Minecraft cause it's an easy game to work with)

Awesome, Ive always loved your textures in minecraft. In your 16*16 one I would consider upping the contrast of most of the blocks a small bit. Looks great.

They look great to me. I'd definitely play Minecraft with that texture pack.
I guess if I had to offer advice it would be maybe changing up the ore blocks a bit. This is more of a personal perspective thing, everyone is different, but I've always thought it looked odd to have set geometric shapes stuck in rock representing your ore.
You've got a beautiful set of textures that all fit well together and the textures seem very natural, but then there's a couple of plain diamond shape clusters poking out of the rocks...
