The lines look slick, I don't quite know what that lined thing poking out from the right is...
His head almost seems squashed to me...
As for folds, maybe some were the knees are since they'd poke out of the material, and one at the crotch.

It's supposed to be a cigarette, there's just no color so it isn't that obvious quite yet.

And yeh, I didn't like the head either. Looks funny.

But i'll get to that. In due time, in due time.

probably part of a gun. and the head seems so small =o, so do his hands, and the arms seem kind of thin.

as for doing folds, I'd reccomend scribbling some diaganol lines first, and going with that, adding a few vertical and horizontal lines here and there. thats how I usually get started.

Ooh. That. It's supposed to be a gun. I wasn't really sure how to portray the gun. He could be holding it, but then he wouldn't be just standing there.

whoo Ned's clouor is the best clouor!

for some reason i actualy liked the first head better for style reasons
however i can see that the seccond one is more realistic.. or as realistic
as a 2 cm tall soldier can be...

Do you mean too bright as in the whole thing is too bright? Or should I just adjust the main color? Here I brought the brightness down -19.

Here I put down the brightness the same but I kept the skin from before.

SUPER UPDATE!!

Give me something to fix, and I'll fix it. Go ahead!

I think I accidentally left the brighter skin palette on it, but I can't check now. Gotta go to some picnic.

I'm not sure if I like the dithering of the pants. personally. I liked the other shading, even though it wasn't exactly "smooth".

I don't know, I kinda like the dithering better.
Either way, I love the palette. Great colours.

The dithering makes it seem more "griity." I don't really know another way to say it; the dithering seems less cartoony.
Every pixel counts, even the dead ones.
