![]() ![]() old new working on an idle animation for a little Witch schoolgirl. to cast the spell making a broom fly is at the early beginning not easy and more time consuming. whats why some of the little witches tend not to stop the spell everytime the climb of their brooms and carry them around on a leash like a ballon or dog. animating sprites is clearly not as easy as i hoped too and much more tricky watching youtube tutorials.. it looks so smooth how do you work with the frames and set their time? do you create diferent long timed frames for ease in and easy out? or use the same time on each frame but create duplicates for slow animation parts? and what is your favorit time setup for each frame? |

In Aseprite, if you open the frame drop-down the first option you should see is frame properties, if you click on that you should be able to set how long only the frame your on lasts.
The second animation is definitely a lot smoother. |

Looks good. There's a lot more movement in the second one. Good job.
