It is really hard to read and doesn't convey any message. Is that a character standing on a ball, or a really fat guy with green face in a hat, with a mustache, rat's tail and butterfly wings, and in red skirt. Stars(?) don't look like stars either, but more like these powerups from Earthworm Jim. And the blue ball has halo around it for some reason. Although I'm unfamiliar with that Petstop show, so what do I know? Can you explain in plain words what you're wanting to achieve?
