   CHALLENGE: Olympic Spirit
Choose an Olympic sport from the list and pixel a pinball machine with the sport of your choice as the theme.

Rules:
No size restriction
Top-down view only, as the example shown.
Animation is not required but probably helpful.

Participants have until this upcoming Sunday at midnight (12AM Pacific) to submit their entry (strict). Don't forget to check the 'Submit to weekly challenge' checkbox.
Only new pixels allowed.
Open to all members.
Posting WIPs in this thread or in new threads in the WIP section is highly encouraged, but ONLY SUBMIT YOUR FINAL ART.
CHALLENGE JUDGING
Every Sunday at midnight (12AM Pacific) the previous week's entries are judged.
Every week a new voting poll will be posted for previous week's entries.
Winner announced the following week.

CHALLENGE PRIZES/GOODIES
Top three finishers will receive an award displayed in your PJ gallery profile for all to see and envy.
Top finisher gets to call the following week's challenge...sweet.
'Participation' ribbons will be given for all who enter.
No matter what happens you get challenged :)

	i would do this but... im impatient cant animate don't want to design a whole pinball game and i simply don't play sports

	a little inspiration to get people started and dro man jerr: you're impatient? this is the wrong art style for you then can't animate? it is not required, as stated don't wanna design the whole thing? sounds like a crappy excuse for laziness if I ever heard one don't play sports? you don't have to play sports to draw them. instead of spending time to post all the excuses why you're not participating, why not find a new hobby?

	Wow pixelblink is a bit harsh, I hope no feelings were hurt. This cycling table looks nice - I hope those little guys at the bottom get more work like you're saying because they seem like a nice little gem to touch up for the final. I wonder if you're the only one making? I've only just started pixeling and haven't the interest in the challenge yet, I hope you pick a good one for next week! It'll be my first entry hopefully.

	Yeah tough love is totally right, I agree with almost all of the criticism I read but I think the blatancy of most of it is like woah Joey Lawrence style. I am really interested in doing bigger projects, but I feel like I should be starting small and getting used to things like iso and shading before I jump into something too large because I might be wasting a little bit of time with easy things during it. Who knows. I am amazed by some of the higher level posters on here and what they can do with this format. You know, in general for this challenge I had an intimate relationship with Epic Pinball in HS trying to install it on the school computers. One time I got into the start-up options of one of them and put a password on the DOS boot thing, right - I made it my name like an idiot and later that day the teacher for comp sci came to my civics class and was like, what's the password? lol That Enigma table was so lame but surprisingly fun to beat. My fave was Deep Sea.

	I'm sure there will be more than 3 entries. You don't have to use your 3 votes too. Nobody has a chance against skamocore anyhow.
