I never was a fan of a pinball machines, so I lack experience designing such stuff. The palette isn't good for pinball game and makes it look rather like toy than actual pinball table, but I like it. It was quite a challenge to make it finished and I'm not completely satisfied with result but I got no more time to work on it any much longer.
I think the blank design fits the mood the colors provide. It looks like a machine from the early years. I like the way you used some bg elements as active parts of the table.
It's good looking at first but that would be pretty boring to play... Designing a good pinball machine is really hard so I got to give you credit you actually were able to make on look this good. It's not bad but it needs more flashy lights all around it in my opinion.
