Good evening,
Im new to Pixel Joint, and pretty much pixeling in general. This is my first real creation, and its not done yet. It is obviously a work in progress, and this is just a small draft. I wanted to post it on here before I would color it so that I could fix any minor issues and apply any recommendations anyone has. But here it is, thats right a freakin' truck: ![]() Here is my inspiration for this creation: http://pix.alaporte.net/pub/d/14870-1/Old+Truck.JPG (As you can tell the back is a little off balance on purpose.) Thanks guys, NEX44 ![]() Edited by NEX44 - 25 June 2009 at 11:08pm |

![]() A: You should straighten out the bed of the truck, it looks like the truck is turning and the bed is a trailer or something. I know its on purpose but I really think it would look much better without it. B: The wheels should line up along this line. Edited by Fatalis67 - 25 June 2009 at 11:34pm |

Alright, Ive finished it. Ive fixed the back, the wheel, colored, shaded, and put in a nice background.
![]() ![]() ![]() The only problem is the line on the windshield, i dont know if I should keep it curved like that or put it back to the way it originally was in the first draft. Please comment and give me suggestions! Thanks, NEX44 |

Bring the windshield line back to how it was or get rid of it.

I preferred it when it was bent and falling apart. It looks too rigid now. Straight lines are overrated

I agree with Hatch on the straightness of it. I'd also add that perhaps leaving all the lineart in black is weak looking on this. Use the grey from the tires to color the line on the lightest of the red areas. and leave the black for the shadow sections.
