I'm prototyping an RPG and wondering if the style of this sprite with the outlines fits in with the background or do you think maybe all colliding objects could do with an outline? Thanks! |

It's okay, though there is some pillow shading on the clothing (particularly the legs) A bit of an aside, the grass could do with a palette that has some more contrast, it's a bit dull atm.

Like Ash said, the pants have pillow shading. I also think it looks like he is looking up at the camera instead of forward like he should be. Finally, I think you can use fewer colors and a bit more saturation. Here are my changes to the character:

| hey thanks for the replies really appreciate the advice on the palette I do agree it is dull and Sjpixels I like what you have done with the character I will probably lean a lot more into that |
