I have been a commercial artist for almost 11 years now. My main disciplines have been animation ad illustration, working on Children's CD ROM games, online activities for Nick.com, DisneyChannel.com and a whole big ugly pile of other big clients. I currently work as a Senior Rich Media Designer for one of the top Rich Media providers in the country, and have handled the bulk of the Rich Media creative for Motorola Español and the Sci Fi Channel.
I have also had comic book illustration published, first in the hard to find Rosemary's Backpack, written by
Antony Johnston, and I also drew the story Cora's Dress, which appeared in the anthology graphic novel
Postcards: True Stories That Never Happened. Written by James W. Powell.
I have loved Pixel Art for years now, but rarely find time to sit down and work on improving my skills in this area. If you have any questions about my work or are interested in seeing more, please head over to my site or email me at drew . gilbert @ gmail etc. Please leave comments when you find something worth commenting on, like all artists, I am desperate for any approval I can get.
