I think so. Thanks. I've been stumbling my way through foliage over on the pixelation forums and think maybe one of the problems was I didn't take the branches small enough to follow through with leaves... maybe. Just need to practice a lot more :)

Hmmm well it's been three years since I did this. I'm pretty sure I drew the leaves in "branches", areas of similar color, then broke it into the individual leaves from there. Does that help?

Oh, wow. I missed this one when I went hunting for trees to examine. The whole thing is incredible, but I'm especially curious about how the leaves were done - specifically, what methods there be to save time, or whether you painted each leaf individually instead. Looking forward to dissecting it and hopefully learning something in the process.

this is very well done and interestingly anachronistic. Whom are the orcs? The little guy in the woods or the gals? If its the ladies then, I have to say, as much as i don't want to play the race card its interesting that you didn't want to do real orcs so instead you drew some black ladies. Which is creatively cool but politically questionable. note that I'm not judging just curious.

Its fantastic! Though i should say that they look more like elves than orcs. Because one thing is having not ugly orcs but having cute orcs is totally opposite!

well... the part of not making the orcs ugly and green... you did well, although id say they look more like black women guarding the area around a village or something... 
colours are awesome, idea is cool and yes, i just have to say it, you didn't make the "orcs" ugly, you made them beautiful (an orcs dream maybe)?

Great work on the nature, especiallt the leaves in the back. Only thing i dont like is the decapitated head, it looks too clean cut. The shrooms make up for it! ;D

This is my favourite pixelation on Pixeljoint. I like how the legs look [legs... yes. <_<; ], the background and everything look amazing. And with such a low color count. O_o

All i'll say is that it's very professional, and i'll go as far as to call it flawless in most aspects. the relatively high saturation of hills on the horizon might dampen the atmospheric depth (is that what it's called in english) effect a bit maybe, but no big deal. a big thumbs up for the pallette management and the flora, it's among the best i've ever seen6/6, faved and buddyfied (some time ago :P)

Shark: That wouldn't suprise me at all :). No matter how many times I come back to look at this piece it still amazes me. I can't find anything wrong with it, and the detail is astounding. In short, I love it :D. And only 24 colors for such a colorful scene as well. I could go on for days =D

Holy flirking shnit, that background is awesome the characters are more like Amazon women than Orcs(or Orks). the anatomy on the characters is excellent each one with their unique curves and proportions. 5 dots for your and definitely a trophy.
