There is a region along the Loire river in France where digging underground spaces (dwellings, quarries, cellars) is so prevalent that walking in the street, one can't tell what is built from what is excavated anymore. I tried to capture this feeling, in an abstractish kind of way.

Thanks guys!

@RAV: you caveman you

@Alexis: where exactly? I've been in that area a number of times, I'm such a cataphile
St-Emilion is not bad either.

@jal: the initial idea was to alternate each color as voids and fills, didn't exactly turn out that way

Very interesting to use the lightest color on this underground visual as a base. It works and reads well.
