(Just a sidenote, this is from my piq, which is under the same name. If you think this is a rippoff, despite the fact this is MY fandrawing of an Undertale character, then go ahead. If it's not that, go ahead and tell me what the problem is. I know I used another persons art as a base, but it was meant for someone to work off of their stuff and the site has a fair use policy like this one. Other than that, enjoy.)

God, what a drama! Seriously, man, don't get upset. There are reasons why not all drawings are approved. In your case there is a bunch of serious issues, and you should learn how to correct mistakes rather than get angry and curse this site.

Frankly, the outline is awful. You should work on stroke to make it smoother. No bends and jaggies.
