I've got a soft spot for well done pixels with low colour count, and this is one of them!
Great piece. :)
I like the small crown, it reminds me of Kingdom Hearts. The hair seems a bit confusing below the highlights. The way loops are and has points that point down, and others that point up. There are other aspects that is good stuff though.

This is very nice.
I see in your gallery that you often have outer AA and a BG is needed, which is always an artistic choice.
Presentation in art is important too so when you do have a BG having a designed canvas will only help the piece as a whole.
Instead of making a BG that fits to the edge of the art consider some breathing room/white space as your final output.
Here you have breathing room on the sides but not the top and bottom.
