Its the metal fish from the depths of the sea! It was made for a cellphone game and based off the concept artwork.

Nice dude.... the orange sea could be more bigger, coz i liked how the sea can be orange...Can mean pollution eh.

interesting colors; I like your dithering style. Greater contrast in saturation would  improve the depth.

OMG m3t4l fish3h! H3 kumes wit 4rmes! Ok i'll stop. Thats cool! Your style is evident. He doesn't look metal or shiny though. Add some rust and some shinyness, seaweed on his head and body and blood on his teeth would give him a more "coming out of the sea to kill you" look.

It kind of reminds me of CatDog from the style of the linework. Interesting character, but I think the metal could've been done better with some more highlights and dented, dirty or generally worn areas.
