That means that either your 3D model had these distortions, or your 3D camera's focal length was unrealistic. Just because something's "correctly" constructed doesn't mean it looks "right" to the human eye.
I first created full 3D model of the scene and then adjusted the camera and its field of view and then took a screenshot and used it as a guideline.
The defense/prosecution desks and podium are very wide. The tables are almost as wide as they are long! They're also situated very far from the railing that separates them from the jury area. Be careful with depth in perspective scenes. Just making sure all the edges match your vanishing points isn't enough for believable perspective.
Oh yeah, I did that "wide" look intentionally because I wanted to fit everything inside the narrow area (seemed like an easy way out). I guess it does look unnatural, ill iterate on it. Thanks for feedback! :)
