chaos (yes, a little c) from XenoSaga. He was one of my favourite characters, so I really took the time and effort into making this one... I think that I nearly killed myself trying to mimic that whole "anti-aliased" pixel look, but overall, I am extremely happy with the results. Hrmm... Made in MSPaint, just like the rest of them... the dithering in the BG was tedious =_= Oh, if you're curious, this is my order of favourite characters: MOMO, KOS-MOS, chaos, Shion, Jr, Ziggy... ^^ I dunno why MOMO is my favourite, I think it's just because she's cute, and surprisingly useful in battle (although no one used her)... ah, nostalgia XD

I don't see why you don't mess with more dither patterns. The 50% pattern is good, but it's just lines of color in the background. Something relevant to the picture, or just something more than stripes would be nice. If they were "going" the direction the character is facing, it would even ad some more dynamicism (I'm not sure if that's a word or not) to it. Your lines seem to either be jagged or padded to being too thick for my liking. It all looks very dull, without highlights and all, and nothing really "pops out" at me. For a piece that could be so packed with movement and interest, it's all generally bland which is due to the colors and shading (or lack thereof in many places), I think.
