The leg motion in the side-view sprites is much greater than the leg motion in the front and back sprites.
I think more of his hair should be visible in the sideviews. The ear is super farback, leaving you no room for hair.
Are these sprites RPG-style (seen 3/4 from above)? I am guessing they are, but the way you drew them looks like they're seen from eye-level, not from above. We should be able to see more of the top of the head, the top of the shoulders, and the feet should not be all aligned on the same horizontal line (and in the front view, we should see the tops of them). If you put sprites like this into a 3/4 view game, it'll look like your whole world is tilted weird.
