You've got some stray white pixels around the bent leg, and a stray black pixel appears on the guy's shirt in one frame.
The animation on the girl rising to her toes looks good, but the rest feels unfinished. Moving still sections around can only take you so far when dealing with organic characters, and with that much movement, it doesn't look... right. On the guy especially, none of the movement seems to be coming from anywhere, it all feels random, not like a character moving, but like paper cutout sections sliding around.
When you animate, plan out the motion first. Act it out a few times to get a feel for it (a mirror would be helpful, but not necessary). Then, if some parts of it can be achieved by sliding sections around, do it, and if not, don't be afraid to make new drawings. The neat thing about pixel art is it's always possible to tweak a drawing and make it feel matched up to the other frames, there aren't tiny variations of line to worry about.
In fact, maybe try to redraw all the frames first, for practice, even when sliding parts around might work. It'll give you extra practice in consistency, which will help a lot.
Edit: By the way, the PJ rules apply to preview images as well. Yours is NPA (not pixel art) because of the automatic AA (antialiasing) on the text.
Wow, i did not expect exelent critique like this! Thank you so much, and yeah, i did not really see those strays untill i already uploaded.
Ill try some practice runs in the future, movements etc, i actualy do agree with you on the movements of the guy,
with PJ's zoom function, im seeing actualy allot of crap i did not notice
2nd attempt of pixel art - Screwd haha- the tips you gave are so helpfull, i really appreciate it.
aah, stupid preview image - thats what you get for being lazy and not doing it by hand. tnx for the heads up, ill fix it all up and try again
