(It has 15 colors, but the original had 11....I just added more shades for the hell of it because I original planned to make a beadsprite and it turned into something more interesting)

I like it
not a fan of the flower, especially through since it clashes in style because it has not the same outline as the rest of the sprite. Other than that maybe a bigger difference between colors that are pretty close in value.
The glitch effect is well done and so is the sprite
