I like it. As for colors, though, you'll probably want to decide what your style is more, and then work with that. Low saturation seems to be what you're leaning towards, and from my experience, that's a bit harder to work with. Try making colors that are a bit more saturated, and you'll slowly get the hang of it. Look up some hue-shifting tutorials, while you're at, and you'll be set. I'd explain hue shifting in here, but it's rather extensive.
Looks like Guilin, cool! In Chinese landscape paintings water plays an important role, maybe a river in the valley?
