Yeah, simple, ... in comparison to what I would imagine to be required to make a real believable and theoretically functional spacecraft design. That would probably be a technical document with no less than 2000 pages of detailed texts and diagrams of each and every part and the parts each part is made of and on top of that all the chemistry details on how the propulsion works, range calculations, mass and weight stuff, structure diagrams on the hull, electricity plans, descriptions of the computer systems for both the user interface level and documentation on the internals of it.... procedures of how the crew needs to be trained to do things and use and howto repair all the systems in case of emergencies... something like that probably requires a few hundred man-years to think through and probably is not something one can just do alone.
