Liking the depiction of the fur.

I get the impression that it's feathers, not fur.

I think the pixelling is top notch.
My crit is just on the main body shape which here seems very lean and almost catlike.
A bear body is more like a pear shape.

Really like the rough and thick texture you gave the fur but it looks like it's lacking ears just a little...
