I partly agree with Zizka. I think you need to commit to either leaving it flat and untextured and get rid of the fringe and maybe the shading near her cheeks (or simplify the shading to simpler shapes), OR commit to shading it and put more suggestions of locks and texture in the image. Having tiny bits of detailed shading makes it look unfinished rather than intentionally minimalistic.
