For the grass, I just couldn't think of what texture to add to it :\
Clouds updated. I'm not sure why I used that green in the first place.  Glad you think I work well the dithering, although I'd say the dithering works me well. [updating pic]

Nice scene, looks very nice, but I agree with jmgandalf, the clouds don't work with green.

I personally would prefer to use one more colour on the clouds, or use the blue on the water, instead of that ugly green.

The near grass could use more texturing also, since every else is well detailed.

Other than those issues, i think you work well the dithering. :)
