I tend to agree with 'punpcklbw': The animation would be better with several snow plans.

Also, as the scarf is floating in the left direction, maybe you could made the snowflakes move slightly in the same direction.

i think to make this come a little more to life because i love your art .. is put a little russeling in the trees from the wind

Too noisy background and all the snowflakes repeat the same trajectory. Nice looking trees.
