a relatively quick sprite i did for a sprite jam. it came second last. 
i just started putting down pixels without having an end picture in my mind, just freestyling along.
its supposed to be this killer plant that has wings, and use them to swoop down on its prey, but unfortunately, due to bad evolution, he is rooted into the ground, making his wings pretty useless. hopefully it atleast looks like some kind of plant. :) |
Very nice design, the texturing is great, but i think the contrast and the brightness is pretty low, losing shades when it's viewed at 1x. Some highlights may help too.
But overall a great job, keep it up! :)
