You think they have the same style? Interesting! I literally cannot really tell if I could agree, still so much to mess around and try, so curious about character design at the moment!

The background was a part of the concept I was pretty much sure I would add it, despite the previous portraits (Mei and Chizuru) having single coloured ones. Though I wanted to try something different in first place, though moreover... I wanted to express the emotion I had with this piece.

Yes, both characters are quite different (as you just said). Even better that you interpretation was spot on with the description. I'm happy that my palette and composition in general could express that

This came out so good! I think it's a lovely portrait and like Bobster said, the personality of the character really shines through - also in contrast with the previous portraits in this series. They're still obviously the same style but using very different palettes. I am also really fond of the her hair. The dramatic background lighting and the highlights in the hair reflecting it is just great.

really nice portrait, digging especially the colors, hair and eyes. The red highlights on the hair are a nice touch.

This character looks like having quite a different personality from the one you did before and the colors just really emphasize it.

I interpreted both their personalities in a very similiar way than in your descriptions before reading them, so spot on work on that
