Neither the Character OR palette not mine; I just really like her and wanted to do a fan art. The wonderful original work (character and palette) can be found here ~ As you can tell her kicks are Chun Li-esque so I pixelled her in Chun Li's fighting stance. This was a very fun one to work on!
