Absolutely! As pixeling sprites is one of my many weaknesses I'll have to tackle that again sooner or later.

nice! i too, do find that the green is 2 bright for taste, but it is fine either way!
Does this use the color required? If so, it's expertly camouflaged by the other two colors.
this is really nice, especially for 3 colors - I like the way you used them
Also I'm a fan of the unused space, gives it room to breathe.
Pretty sweet sprite 
The greenish-yellow feels awfully bright though (but that's just me so don't sweat it), and I also think you might want to do some cropping. There's a lot of unused space and I think it would work better if it were like the preview image 
oh man i'm going to lose this challenge so hard for you. I really like the level of detail in this piece, and the color contrast really adds to it.
