My first real pixelation. (That a word? )

Sketched a picture of Rouge aaaages ago  Scanned it in and decided to pixelate her  Took ages.

beyond the fact that you didnt draw it, its also sloppy.  looks like a ditherbrush and line tool, but i could be wrong (you may have taken the time to do it badly by hand)

my suggestion is that you do your own work, from scratch, and lots of practise will pay off.  dont try to run before you can walk because this piece is an obvious stumble

As far as pixel art goes, this is pretty sloppy. It feels like some kind of oekaki drawing with dithering effects.
