Commissioned piece for a small Warhammer 40k Librarian with that person's chapter colors.

64x64 pixels. 16 colors (including transparency). NES color palette +1 shade of dark gray added.

Edit: Removed a lot of unnecessary dithering, changed angle of arm/staff, and removed an extra color
