I don't think you need the AA colour between the white and the green. It has about the same value as the green so it doesn't serve to soften the transition, and the shapes are simple and small enough that AA isn't really needed.
On the other hand, it looks a bit odd that you used your darkest green as AA between green and black, but AAed that same colour with yet another colour on the hands. I think using the same (lighter) colour to AA the green consistently would look better.
You also have some stray darker green pixels near the character's right eye (viewer's left).
