Yes, it is. Heh, I posted the fighter sprite on Pixelopolis for comments, and somehow I ended up creating a random concept for his style... And it was about a futuristic oriental cowboy kung fu fighter with a nice coat. When it's time for fighting, he throws his coat off (which is on his sholder). The hay seed is just to symbol the cowboy inside him XD

Really nice work and a very interesting pose.  If that's a hay seed in his mouth it's kind of an odd look for this fella.
